  1. Six years after the original upload, and this set still kicks butt. I love that it is virtually no-impact, yet it made me SWEAT. My muscles are pretty tired from a tough workout yesterday, which is why I decided against putting my 3-lb. ankle weights on, at the beginning, and I sure am glad I wasn't wearing them, I would have probably shed a few tears.
