  1. Every mma fighter that wrestled needs to use their platform to promote amateur wrestling. I never thought that they would be kicked off the Olympics and that would consider softball, and squash in its place. Our world is growing so weak

Jordan Burroughs was so unbelievable with his takedowns, often when he was in the top position, he would sacrifice a point by conceding an escape to his opponent because he knew his opponent could not stop his takedowns. I cannot recall ever seeing a wrestler that dominant and confident in his abilities.

  3. If in America we just did freestyle and Greco through middle school and up I feel like we would be a lot better internationally. Might as well give guys as much experience in the style they will eventually have to wrestle in if they’re good.

  4. I think this was the golden era of college and HS wrestling. Between 2006-2012 there were just beast everywhere. Now most weight classes are dominated by just 1 wrestler. Back then people would jump weight classes just to compete with top wrestlers.
